Not Star Wars, but it is a New Hope

Thank you Geoff. I needed that kick.

I have slowly started to forget how much I love Space, shuttles, and all things NASA. My idiot of a cousin and I used to watch NASA channel daily. I still pay attention but I don't really talk about it. Ill use him living in Chicago as an excuse, but with 2 jobs, band, movies, comics, dating and just plain laziness I haven't really talked much about it recently. That is going to change right now.
So this is whats up.

Atlantis just got home from a successful mission going to upgrade the outer space Hubble telescope that helps astronomers look at the universe. The Hubble was in perfect positioning for the 'nauts to get at it on this trip. Only took the 5.3 million miles to get it. Hubble is now upgraded and ready to find some fucking Aliens.

Up on the platform is Endeavour. Endeavour rules because it usually takes new components up to the space station and this time its the Kibo Japanese Experiment Module Exposed Facility and Experiment Logistics Module Exposed Section. Basically, they're putting a new component that will do research and experiments on space medicine, biology, earth observations and biotechnology. You know, nerd shit.
Its pretty sweet cause it makes the space station larger and gives astronauts more room to work and figure out how we can eventually live in outer space.
Endeavour is taking off on June 13th.

Kibo means hope in Japanese. Get it?

I can make nerdy space shit seem fucking awesome!
